Customer Services Officer
- Handle the Tender enquiry
- Develop and maintain relationship with customer
- Prepare written proposal, tender and quotation
- Liaison with supplier, vendor & internal departments on order processing
- Monitor & follow up the deliverable in deployment stage
- High Diploma or above from any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferably in customer service / sales related areas
- Quick learner, self-motivated, aggressive with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient PC skills in MS office, especially Excel
- Understand the Tender Process (SOA) is highly advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
