Customer Services Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle the Tender enquiry
  • Develop and maintain relationship with customer
  • Prepare written proposal, tender and quotation
  • Liaison with supplier, vendor & internal departments on order processing
  • Monitor & follow up the deliverable in deployment stage

Job Requirements

  • High Diploma or above from any disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferably in customer service / sales related areas
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, aggressive with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills in MS office, especially Excel
  • Understand the Tender Process (SOA) is highly advantage
  • Immediately available is preferred
