Symantec false positive cripples thousands Chinese PCs.

Description
A virus signature for Symantecˇ¦s antivirus software caused thousands of Chinese PCs cannot startup properly. Two Critical Windows dll files were classified as malware and being quarantined. For those machines impacted and rebooted, the machine will boot up with blue screen of Death.

Microsoft XP SP2 Simplified Chinese version

Solution
- Boot up the machine to Windows recovery console and copy two affected files (netapi32.dll and lsasrv.dll) from the Windows XP CD to the original location of the affected machines.

- Update Virus signature with the latest version.
